Abstract
The article discusses measures taken by the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to address environmental issues and create an environmentally friendly society. Special attention is paid to green public procurement, which is a mechanism for supporting environmentally friendly technologies and products, as well as payments for ecosystem services, which allow compensating for damage caused to nature during the production and consumption of goods and services
