Abstract
To establish a new rural social governance system in China, one of the basic requirements is to realize the collaborative participation of rural NGOs. Collaborative participation has four typical characteristics: socialized value orientation, consensus governance goal, open power structure and reciprocal cooperation process. In terms of its advantages, it is mainly manifested in three aspects: first, it can maximize the governance efficiency of rural NGOs; Second, it can further promote the construction of a service-oriented government at the grassroots level.
