Abstract

The scientific article is devoted to the consideration in a scientific form of the place of Kubanychbek Nurbekov, the first scientist and the first doctor of law, who laid the foundations of state law, in historical and legal science, as well as to the consideration and strengthening of his position in modern legal science.
