Abstract
This article discusses the problems of managerial activity of a future primary school teacher who is formed and develops through the mastery of a system of knowledge, skills and abilities, and also traces the genetic relationship between them in perfomed i. e., pedagogical process. The essence of “competence» and “competence» is analyzed, which is found the scientific and pedagogical literature, especially in the characterization of the management of the activities of educational institutions and in the teaching staff. The definition of managerial competence of a teacher is given, which is a system of internal resources necessary for organizing effective leadership of students in accordance with all components of the teacher's activity
