Abstract

Nowadays knowledge is developing very fast. We live in a time when the constant change of knowledge and the loss of relevance of what was taught in the past requires a person to constantly update. The article deals with the issues of training and education of cadets and young soldiers in the Military Educational Institution of the Armed Forces, taking into account the requirements of continuous education. This requires not being limited only to military training, but to carry out the formation of pedagogical and psychological knowledge necessary for the competent solution of pedagogical problems, to know not only the relevant scientific provisions, laws, concepts and definitions, but also to apply them in the process of preparing for military affairs
