Abstract

The article deals with the lexical and semantic features of the names related to the bowed stringed musical instrument and its parts. It is shown that the musical instrument, created as a result of labor, spread under different names among other peoples. Also included is information about the names of improved types of bowed string instrument based on ensemble and orchestral performance. It was found that the names can be found in human anatomy, in parts of objects used in everyday life. It is determined that the language means associated with the musical instrument kylkyyak are also used in the vocabulary of hunting and embroidery. The factors that caused the appearance of words due to comparison and comparison are interpreted. It was noted that the national stringed bowed musical instrument of the Kyrgyz people was named according to its purpose and form, emphasizing its place in the life of the Kyrgyz people.
