Abstract

The article discusses the relevance of the topic and the modernization of distance learning technologies to meet the needs of society, the regulation of learning using the didactic potential of new information and communication tools. The analysis of research and scientific-methodical works on the problems of distance education in the universities of Russia and Kyrgyzstan is carried out, the historical aspects of the emergence and development of distance learning are considered. The main content of the article is the scientific and methodological work of Kyrgyz and Russian scientists studying the pedagogical problems of distance education, their pedagogical ideas. In addition, the importance of independent work of students in distance learning is emphasized, as well as the need to use the didactic potential of web technologies. The actions that need to be taken to use this technology in the learning process are interpreted, and the use of distance learning technology in the pedagogical scientific community and the study of its new ways, the discovery of new teaching methods is an urgent problem
