Abstract
For competing successfully, organizations are more often implementing the information management system and developing the selling of goods and services through the electronic distribution channels for goods and services. Almost all entrepreneurs understand that the correct using of information technology has a positive effect to business, this process is the digital transformation. The era of ―intellectual‖ management has come. One of the tools of intelligent management is so-called as digital transformation for managing. The digital transformation of organizations is an essential part of the transition to the digital economy. In this article, we explain why the digital approach and the process approach are necessary to create a digital enterprise. Creating a digital organization of business-process In the enterprise is possible only on the basis of the digital transformation. Today, majority of managers and business owners are looking for these tools to improve business efficiency
