In the context of digitalization, the conditions for ensuring the economic security of the state are changing. The existing requirements are supplemented by new requirements for economic security. Understanding the level of economic security of the state in the context of digitalization is important for its most complete and reliable assessment. At the same time, this security should be assessed in the context of digitalization from the general economic security. This is important in order to determine the degree of compliance of the economic system with the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, since a generalized assessment, taking into account the entire set of requirements, does not allow us to determine how the current level of economic security has been achieved - due to past achievements or due to flexibility and adaptation to digitalization. In the article, the author reveals the potential for expedient acceleration of the processes of digital modernization of the economy, telecommunications, as well as the introduction of high-tech innovations in the Kyrgyz Republic. Also considered are the positive aspects of digital development, which at the present stage should become advanced - to occur faster than the implementation of other areas of the socio-economic development of the state. Thanks to this, digitalization will support other areas and bring the socio-economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic to a new level.
