Abstract

The article presents the results of a theoretical and legal study that examines significant aspects of national security through an analysis of the modern concept of international security. She also discusses principles of law related to national security in the context of an expanded normative field. The article emphasizes that ensuring national security in modern conditions is one of the key tasks, the solution of which requires special attention and maximum efforts to guarantee the stability and protection of the state. This problem is also considered as a factor for the overall modernization of various aspects of life, including politics and social relations, which ultimately helps to strengthen the sovereignty of the Kyrgyz Republic, preserve its territorial integrity, as well as meet the needs of the people and preserve historical trends
