Abstract

The article studies the development trends of the banking sector of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic. The authors analyzed the dynamics of assets and liabilities of commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic, the number and amounts of payments made through bank cards, the dynamics of the volume of cross-border money transfers of individuals in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2019-2023, and considers promising areas for the development of the banking system of the Kyrgyz Republic
