Abstract

The article considers the category of quality as a fundamental factor of enterprise competitiveness. The conceptual apparatus is analyzed, opinions of the most authoritative scientists are given. Only those firms and enterprises that pay great attention to the issues of ensuring and managing the quality of products can stay in the market and expect to make a profit. In the process of work were studied the following issues: the concepts of competition and competitiveness and its role in modern conditions, quality management of products or services, enterprise policy in the field of quality
