Abstract

This article is aimed at conducting a scientific study on how the activities of the consular institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic are organized using the example of the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Yekaterinburg. To date, this topic has not been covered in scientific circles and in media and the activity of the Kyrgyz consulates abroad has not been properly studied yet. Yekaterinburg is a home to the second largest Kyrgyz diaspora in the Russian Federation – more than 300,000 people, more than 500,000 only in Moscow. In this regard, it will be quite interesting for the public to know about the work of the Consulate General, since almost every resident of Kyrgyzstan has relatives, acquaintances and friends living in this large industrialized city of Russia
