Abstract

The article analyzes the value orientations of modern young people in terms of ethnicity: representatives of russian and kyrgyz youth. The author conducts a linguocultural analysis of a number of texts on this issue from network media. The analysis  of the vocabulary of materials found in the texts of proverbs, phraseological units, epithets, aphorisms leads the author to the conclusion that the formation of value systems of modern youth mainly along the western path, without excluding traditional national values
