Abstract
The article briefly describes the importance of the developing North–South International Transport Corridor project between Russia and Iran, its role in the socio-economic development of both "Greater Eurasia" and Kyrgyzstan in particular, and also touches on the great geopolitical risks that not only accompany this project from the very beginning, but even have its age-old prehistory
