Abstract

The article examines some aspects of the development of non-cash payments in the Kyrgyz Republic, emphasizes their role in the modernization of the country's financial system. The dynamics of the growth of non-cash payments in recent years is analyzed, as well as key factors influencing their spread, including the introduction of new technologies, increasing the level of digital literacy of the population and the development of payment system infrastructure. The problems hindering the further development of non-cash payments, such as the low level of financial inclusion and lack of trust in electronic transactions, are considered. Finally, recommendations are proposed to accelerate the digitalization of payment services, which can help improve the efficiency of economic transactions and increase the transparency of financial flows
