Abstract

This article is dedicated to one of the most distinguished diplomats of the Soviet Union, who served for over a quarter of a century in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and later in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, as well as in various embassies of the Soviet Union. The article traces the interesting and complex life path of Namazbekov K. Coming from a simple peasant family and initially specializing in agriculture, he was later selected for the Higher Diplomatic School at the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Fluent in French and Vietnamese, this talented diplomat began his career during the challenging period of the VietnamAmerican War. Subsequently, his overseas assignments took him to the Republic of Mali and the Central African Republic. He became an expert in diplomatic protocol, the drafter of official documents on international relations, and the organizer of the Bolot Mambetov Public Fund
