Abstract

The article described main problems related to budget transparency. The availability of adequate and timely budget information impacts the ability of the civil society to effectively participate in the budget process and to increase the accountability of the Executive. Therefore, the article looks at the budget transparency issues which in the end impacts the way the budget allocations are made
