Abstract
The scientific article examines the problem of identity crisis among young people and the search for the meaning of life in modern society. Studying this topic involves analyzing the causes and consequences of this crisis, as well as exploring the different ways and strategies in which young people can find their identity and find meaning in their lives. The article examines factors influencing the identity crisis among young people, such as social uncertainty, changes in values, globalization and technological development. The authors also pay attention to the influence of education, family, environment and sociocultural context on the processes of identity formation. As part of the exploration of the search for meaning in life, the authors analyze various concepts and theories such as philosophical meaning, self-actualization, post-materialism and spirituality. They also highlight the importance of religious ideals, personal goals, and intrinsic motivation for finding meaning in life. The materials of the article may be useful for various specialists involved in working with youth, including psychologists, sociologists, teachers and social workers. They can use the findings and recommendations in their practice to help young people in their search for identity and meaning in life
