Abstract

This article considers the historical stages of development of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic from 1917 to 1937. In the early years of the establishment of Soviet power the main constitutional issues of determining the basic principles and areas of social, economic and public policy of the Soviet state were solved, the article considers the main provisions in the Constitution of the ASSR, in the Constitution of the Kyrgyz SSR
