Abstract
In nowadays, the Korean language research in the Altaic language family has not been entirely proven. The most controversial languages are Korean and Japanese. There are still very few researchers studying the origin of the Altaic language family. In history, Korean and Turkish have been related for a long time ago. For this reason, it is possible to analyze the influence of ethnic languages and cultures through historical materials and to study what they have in similarities and differences. Taboos and euphemisms originated from mythological understanding, religious beliefs, various traditional beliefs, and social taboo rules. In this thesis, taboos or euphemisms that are strictly related to human life will help to find linguistic and folk commonalities between Kyrgyz and Korean languages
