Abstract
The article analyzes the social and socio-political situation in Kyrgyzstan after the 1917 coup. At the dawn of the struggle for national-territorial demarcation, the uncompromising struggle of representatives of the Kyrgyz intelligentsia for the creation of an independent republic, i.e. a Mountainous Republic, is being studied. Next, the internal party struggle in the ranks of the Bolsheviks is investigated
