Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the qualification of sexual crimes against children in Kyrgyzstan. It analyzes legislative measures and law enforcement practices, as well as the level of awareness and understanding of this issue in society. The authors consider various aspects such as the lack of specific norms, the establishment of qualification, evidence, and accountability for sexual crimes against children. The article is based on the collection and analysis of data from various sources, such as official statistics, reports from human rights organizations, and human rights studies. It also draws attention to social, cultural, and economic factors that contribute to this problem
