Abstract

The article explores the current challenges facing society in terms of the accessibility and awareness of citizens about the opportunity to obtain free legal aid. The authors highlight key problems such as limited access to information, insufficient coverage in the media, mistrust in the system, and difficulties in obtaining consultation. The article also proposes practical means of solving the problem, including educational programs, active engagement with the media, the development of online resources, and the expansion of legal aid office networks. The authors emphasize the need for joint efforts from the government, non-governmental organizations, and the public in creating a fair and accessible legal space in the country
