Abstract

This article analyzes the process of digitization of the judicial system in the Kyrgyz Republic. The author examines in detail the role of digital transformation in the judicial sphere, especially focusing on the adoption of regulations governing the use of automated information systems "Court" and audio-video recording systems in court sessions. The article presents the main advantages of introducing these technologies and discusses the prospects for further development of judicial digitalization
