Abstract

The article examines the role of legal responsibility and the issue of increasing the level of legal consciousness as a sign characterizing the development of a democratic political regime. It is emphasized that the formation of legal consciousness in a democratic society is directly influenced by legal responsibility. And increasing the level of legal awareness and legal culture have a decisive influence on the strengthening and further evolution of the democratic regime in the Kyrgyz Republic
