Political and economic development of the state is close connected and depends on efficiency of mutual relations between the Government and the Civil Society. All countries which have selected a way of construction of a democratic society pass through this stage. In this connection the role of a civil society in successful realization of reforms and perfection of political and economic systems is rather important. Participation of the civil organizations should be directed on wider participation of citizens in a life of a society, the control over activity of the state and administrative institutes, on strict observance of the constitutional laws and freedom of citizens
