Abstract

In this article, based on the Family Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the constitutional principles of family relations are based on the constitutional obligations of the state to recognize, preserve and protect the rights of citizens, the guarantee of state protection of citizens' freedoms and rights, and the prevention of violations by the state, all its bodies, local selfgovernment bodies and their officials. on non-grant and restoration of violated rights
