Abstract

The article considers the stages of formation and development of two states: Kyrgysstan and China in political: in foreign economic activity, which are based on the norms of International Law. In addition, it is emphasized that the problem of the state border, which has not been resolved for centuries: finally, on the basis of Treaty between the Kyrgys Republic and the PRC, the delimitation and demarcation of the state territory  and border was carried out. Now both states have received a new direction for cooperation
