Abstract

During the collapse of the USSR, negative events took place not only in the republic, but throughout the entire space of the post-Soviet union. The economic recession led not only to the impoverishment of the population, but also to spiritual and moral degradation. The following concepts were out of honor: conscience, decency, honesty, patriotism, respect for elders. For almost 30 years, our country has been trying to recover from that devastation in the minds and hearts of the Kyrgyz people. In order for the state to retain its sovereignty, the population must at least love their homeland, not only in words but also in deeds. The situation after the announcement by Russia of a special operation in Ukraine clearly showed the fall of patriotic feelings among young people who poured in a stormy stream from Russia to other countries, just not to defend the interests of their homeland. Therefore, the relevance of educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism is one of the primary tasks. Since in the event of any threat to our independence, it is on the shoulders of our young generation to protect and protect. In our medical academy, work is underway to educate young people in this direction
