Abstract
The article emphasizes the importance of the concept of responsibility for dealing with crises arising in accordance with the current situation, solving socio-spiritual problems in all aspects concerning humanity. Social responsibility was considered as a direction of development, the current situation requires a new norm of awareness and assessment of responsibility from humanity, certain limits of responsibility have been established. In the system of bioethics philosophy, the function, problem, and role of professional responsibility of medical workers are considered. A more complex question about the criteria for determining the degree of growth of a person's self-awareness. On the one hand, we claim that the spiritual experience of a person is subjective and individual; but, on the other hand, we strive to determine the degree and level of development of individual self-awareness according to standards acceptable to the majority of people
