Abstract

The article is on the state language in republic, it gives information on different publications of K.Dyikanov written in the nineties after the collapse of the USSR. The author writes about programs and proposals given by well-known researchers B.Oruzbaeva,A.Erkebaev, A.Akmataliev, K.Toktonaliev on development of the Kyrgyz in different socio-political spheres of life. Special attention is given to the problem of using Kyrgyz in official and business papers. The author analyses A. Orusbaev‘s program with some ideas on promotion of the state language. The article gives good example of service to the native people and language
