Abstract

Starting his creative activity in poetry, T. Sydykbekov isknown both as a playwright and as a prose writer, his significant contribution to the Kyrgyz novelistics can be called a unique asset of literature. His studies in folklore, namely the epic "Manas", as well as several dozen articles on the state language, determine his multifaceted artistic palette. The author of this article in the thesis form outlines the work of T. Sydykbekov as a poet, as a playwright, as a writer, as a folklorist and as a citizen of his country, people, without which the native language could not realize itself as a state language
