Abstract
In the context of the development of world economic relations, the process of integration of the economies of individual states and the development of payment systems is noticeable, in particular, in the direction of the formation of non-cash forms of payments, which, in turn, have found wide application in modern conditions. One of the most common non-cash payment tools is a plastic card. Bank cards allow you to receive cash at the cash desks of banks and ATMs, to pay for goods, works, services in trade and service organizations. At the same time, cash receipt and payment in trade and service organizations can be carried out both within the balance on the account of the cardholder, and at the expense of the loan provided (overdraft)
