Abstract
The penetration of digitalization into various spheres of human activity is currently becoming one of the key factors in improving the efficiency of business processes, the importance of which has not yet been fully realized by many tourism enterprises. Enterprises that realized the possibilities of digitalization, and later introduced them into their activities, were able not only to optimize production, but also to gain competitive advantages that allowed them to survive in modern conditions
