Abstract

Climatic recreational resources, entering the atmosphere resources, act as an inexhaustible resources, that is, they are used many times, and their capabilities are practically not limited. Climatic resources are characterized by the weather of the region, allowing the organization of various recreation species. Weather requirements vary from the seasons of the year and denote the different degree of assessment of a favorable opportunity for various recreational activities. The mountain specificity of the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic causes a wide range of natural therapeutic factors and beautiful landscapes highly used with therapeutic, prophylactic, restorative purposes in resort and extraxurctural conditions. According to the wealth of natural therapeutic factors, Kyrgyzstan occupies a leading place among the countries of Central Asia. One of the basic recreational advantages is the mountain climate, widely used in therapeutic and preventive directions. Special requirements are also presented to weather and climate treatment specifications. As it is evaluating the influence of the weather on the body of a sick man in the fresh air in a state of rest, the so-called uncomfortable conditions for patients cannot act with obstacles to the active activities of healthy people
