Abstract
In the mentioned article, modern and historical concepts and theories of value targets in the study of axiological culture of modern youth were considered in detail. The dynamics of the problems inherent in the study of the ways of changing and forming the value goals of young people were considered, attention was paid to identifying the peculiarities of the trends. Values are a relatively stable, socially determined relationship of a person to a set of material and spiritual social welfare. If life is given to man by nature, culture is created by people. It is well known to us that the values of culture are divided into material and spiritual. Modern youth of Kyrgyzstan takes place in very difficult conditions of many old value goals and formation of new social relations. Analyzing axiological cultural goals and social processes is one of the priority tasks of modern sciences. Or we can talk about the culture, humanistic potential, and the prospects for the development of the society according to the value system. Philosophical reflection of the normativevalue orientation of social consciousness undoubtedly affects the development of axiological traditions
