Abstract

The author, based on his own experience of obtaining basic full-time higher legal education in the specialty "Jurisprudence" in the Kyrgyz Republic, receiving postgraduate education with the award of the degree of Doctor of Law, working as a teacher at the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn, proposes to reform the system of higher education and science in the Kyrgyz Republic based on the experience of Russia, Belarus, Germany, the USSR
